Crystal Pier Outrigger Race: MAY 13
Enjoy fresh air and outrigger action this weekend at the Crystal Pier Outrigger Race. It will take place along the shoreline at West Mission Bay. The popular race has 2500+ participants annually who battle in a 5 mile novice and kid’s race, 10 mile men, women and coed races in six person outrigger canoes. Novice and professional paddlers alike try their absolute best to impress. There will also be small expo at the event offering sportswear and watersport merchandise. The Crystal Pier Outrigger Canoe Race is a Southern California Outrigger Racing Association Race, hosted by Hanohano Canoe Club in San Diego, CA.
